O tempo é muito pouco para dar notícias, contudo aqui vai um cheirinho do que foi a 1ª semana. Nem a chuva nos fez perder a boa disposição.
brevemente colocarei alguma coisa da 2ª semana e da 3ª que já vai a meio.

Goal
Considering the pertinence in the development of new competences as well as the creating of new opportunities for youngsters, we will promote during the coming month of July another programme OK4U.
The success, the victories, the conquests of hockey is made out of two very strong components: Educating and Forming. We therefore intend to create a series of varied activities that call for dexterity, competition, concentration, strategy, team work, orientation and persistence.
This event is intended for both male and female athletes from 6 to 17 years of age.

Schedule
Monday to Friday

8:30- Breakfast

9:30-12:30- C.P.S. Alfena Pavilion
Games for eye/manual coordination; development/specializing of individual techniques; specific positioning in the game; specific goal keeper training; mini-tournaments.

13:00- Lunch
13:00-15:00- Free activities- table football; table tennis; traditional games; board games; darts.

15:00-17:00- Programmed activities- paintball; horse riding; archery; Portuguese Stick Fencing ; “capoeira”.

17:10- Tea

17:30-19:30- Outdoor activities / adventure

20:00- Dinner with guest

21:00-22:00- Night activities- chess; wild cooking; bonfire talks with: nutritionist, psychologist, nurse (first-aid support); hockey professionals (athletes, referees and coaches)

Friday- 19:30
Dinner party with parents and prize giving

On the farm, in camping system, supervised by properly accredited professionals

Price

200 EUR- half-boarding including: participation in the activities between 9:00 and 18:00, lunch, tea and insurance.

275 EUR- full-boarding including: participation in all the activities, all the meals, accommodation and insurance.

Discounts:
10% in the participation of two periods;
10% in the inscription of brothers or sisters.

The price does not include the flights.

The organization will be responsible for the transfers between the airport and the farm.
